Just wanted to say I'm really liking Brenda Aloff's Get Connected book. She describes her program for creating a relationship with dogs which basically includes a lot of desensitizing stuff. Good so far, though I haven't gotten to the exercises yet. She's not as engaging a writer as McConnell or Coppinger or others but it's not too hard to read.
